JSC “Cēsu alus” Director of Production and Technical Department since March 2021.

Viesturs Sloka previously worked in the JSC “Cēsu alus” Production Department for nearly 17 years. Between 2003 and 2020, Viesturs progressed from a specialist to a management level employee, holding various positions along the way, such as Brewer, Filter Operator, Head of the Fermentation Department, and Production Coordinator, a role which he held for the last 11 years. In 2020, Viesturs accepted a new challenge and became the Production Manager of “Tenapors” Ltd. and in March 2021 he returned to JSC “Cēsu alus” as the Director of the Production and Technical Department.

In 2009, he obtained a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with the qualification of a Manager of Enterprises and Institutions. To continue professional development in 2021 finished Productive Production Management programme of the Commercial Education Centre.

JSC “Cēsu alus” Head of Finance and IT Department since 2009. Was Head of Logistics department from October 2016 till March 2022.

Dita has been working at the company since 2005, when she joined the Cēsu alus team in the position of Accountant. Has also worked as the Chief Accountant.

Former working experience is acquired mainly in the profession of accountant in various companies – film industry company Baltic Film Services and car service company Sinhro-C.

In 2006 obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at Rēzekne University. In 2016 obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Management at RISEBA. In 2022 obtained the Degree of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. In 2007 obtained the Accountant’s Certificate of Latvian Association of Accountants. In 2016 obtained ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certificate.

Since 2007 has been the member of the Latvian Association of Accountants.

Head of the Logistics department of JSC “Cēsu alus” since May 2023.

More than 17 years of previous professional experience related to logistics and warehouse management positions in the pharmaceutical wholesale and cosmetics manufacturing industries. Expert level knowledge in the implementation and management of enterprise management system SAP.

In 2009, Edgars obtained a Bachelor’s degree in engineering in computer management and computer science at the Riga Technical University. Continues his Master’s studies in the program “Production engineering and management” at Riga Technical University.

Joined JSC “Cēsu alus” as Head of the Personnel Department since November 2020.

Ruta Pāvuliņa has more than 20 years of Personnel Management experience gained while working in the international retail chains Narvesen and JYSK.

In 2004 she obtained a Master’s degree in Management (MBA) from the University of Business, Arts and Technology RISEBA and in 2000 she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy at the Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy.

In addition, knowledge and certificates have been acquired in the application of various coaching methods, as well as in the implementation of the LEAN approach in the company.

Marketing Director at JSC “Cēsu Alus” since August 2022.

Has previously led marketing teams in companies such as Tet, TV3 Latvija, adidas CIS, and adidas Baltics, as well as worked in several creative advertising agencies on brand changes, communication strategies, and e-commerce development.

Received his education at Vidzeme University, University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, Riga Business School and acquired Masters degree from the International Master Program in Service Management at Karlstad University in Sweden. Has taken additional courses at University of Florida and University of Colorado Boulder,  as well as University of Sydney in Australia.  Participated in various international management and leadership programs.

Communications Manager at JSC “Cēsu alus” since April 2016.

Has previously worked as a Marketing and communications specialist at an IT company with former experience in the personnel sphere.

In 2010, acquired a social sciences bachelor’s degree in communication sciences with a specialisation in public relations from the University of Latvia. In 2022 obtained a social sciences master’s degree in communications, in the program “Strategic and Public Relations Management”  at Riga Stradins University.
