Three labels for Classic lemonade Limpo were chosen to adorn the bottles during the Christmas season at the children’s art competition, with participation of 3,876 children. The label drawing competition "Draw and Give the Joy!" thus is concluded, but the exhibition of children’s drawings of Christmas label for their favourite fizzy drink can be seen at major trade centres throughout December. Two santims from each bottle sold with the new label will be donated to the children’s home "Gaujaslīči" in Cēsis for supplying their library with valuable books and purchase of other necessary things. On 31 October 2005 Eva Sietiņsone, Chairman of the Board of the joint-stock company “Cēsu alus”, and Jānis Rozenbergs, President of the sports club “Cēsis” signed an agreement that ensures support of the company for Cēsis volleyball and floorball teams this season. The total sum of the agreement is 15 thousand Lats, of which 2 thousand are pledged to the floorball team “Lekrings”, and 13 thousand to the volleyball team “Cēsis/Cēsu alus”. Read more »
