The contents of the most popular energy drinks include: caffeine (naturally present in coffee and cacao beans, black and green tea and cola fruits), taurine (amino acid, naturally produced by human body, as well as present in meat and fish), B and C group vitamins, folic acid and additionally such components as ginseng and guarana fruit.

All these components when combined in energy drinks:

• increase metabolism,
• stimulate blood flow,
• improve the activity of the central nervous system,
• help the body to eliminate toxins,
• rapidly and effectively give the body a new dose of energy in cases of mental and physical load,
• the effect of the beverage is instant and lasts for several hours.

The guarana content added to the new energy drink Dynamit Juice is a natural product acquired from a liana type plant, which produces small fruits with a single seed. Guarana was discovered by Amazonian natives several centuries ago.

Scientists have discovered that guarana seeds contain three times the amount of caffeine (4 %) as coffee beans (1.2%). In comparison to coffee caffeine, guarana caffeine is absorbed by the body more slowly and its effect is longer-lasting than that of coffee, thanks to the high ballast and fibre content in the guarana seeds.

Guarana contains alkaloids that have the effect of increasing energy levels, stimulating the activity of the central nervous system and helping to eliminate mental and physical exhaustion while retaining high concentration ability.
