Brūža beer is a series of beers specially created by the head brewer of Cēsu Brewery, Maris Grambergs, and includes different beer varieties, the names of which also describe the taste of each beer variety.
The corn yeast is a dark beer based on the malt of the corn yeast, which gives the beer a taste very similar to the much-loved sourdough starter. Magnum and Hercules will add a light hop note. A mighty tasty, unique dark beer!
