Piebalgas Original kvass A long-cherished dream that we have realized. We are proud to offer kvass - naturally fermented from barley malt and enriched with chicory extract, which gives kvass a particularly original mood!

The following are used in the production of kvass: drinking water, barley malt, sugar, chicory extract, acidity regulators (lactic acid, ascorbic acid), carbonic acid gas. Piebalga's original kvass has the taste of barley malt wort with a distinct caramel malt sweetness and chicory bitterness.
